NOMINATE A PROJECT FOR A CORONET AWARD
Celebrate renovation, restoration & beautification in Fairfield County, Ohio, by nominating a recently completed project for a Coronet Award from the Fairfield County Heritage Association. This annual award recognizes exterior projects that passersby can easily see. Honorees have included home owners, business owners, industry, schools, churches and service clubs. GEORGIAN TEA TO GO
We're serving tea Georgian style Sunday, Oct. 4, 1-3pm. Just because Covid-19 keeps us from bringing crowds inside the Georgian Museum, we can still offer a proper cup of tea with a box of treats, including one of our tasty scones, cookies and more. Put on your favorite hat and frock and we'll take your photo when you come to pick up your tea. Tickets are $20 and are on sale now. SUFFRAGETTES: DRESSED FOR SUCCESS
Follow the long battle for women's right to vote and the fashions that changes through the years in this year's exhibit in the Goslin Room of the Georgian Museum.
HISTORY ON A (SILVER) PLATTER
This new exhibit in the Stuck Room of the Georgian Museum is designed to tell some of our stories through platters, dishware, and other related items. Many locally made or related pieces are included, such as a Buster Brown tea set, one-of-a-kind plates, and china and glasses given away at local grocery stores. Consider it a little walk down Memory Lane.
